Partnership Calculator

What does this calculator mean?

A partnership is the number of runs added while two batters are at the crease together. The partnership calculator adds each batter's contribution plus extras to give the total.

It also shows how the runs were shared, which helps identify who anchored the stand and who accelerated.

How to use the partnership calculator

  1. Enter batter a runs, batter b runs and extras.
  2. Press Calculate partnership.
  3. Read the result below the button. Change any value and recalculate as often as you like.

Formula used

Partnership runs = Batter A runs + Batter B runs + Extras

Example

Batter A scores 40, Batter B scores 30 and there are 5 extras. Partnership = 40 + 30 + 5 = 75 runs.
